  • Thank you for considering a pre-owned product from Kwumsy. This policy is designed to ensure you fully the unique condition of these items, your rights, and the applicable terms. Purchasing any item labeled as “Pre-Owned” or “Open-Box” constitutes your agreement to all terms herein.

1.Product Condition

All pre-owned products are customer returns or display units and are not brand new. They have passed our comprehensive inspection to ensure:

  • Full Functionality: All core features are in working order.

  • Like-New Appearance: Items may show minimal handling or storage marks but have no damage affecting functionality.
  • Cleaned & Sanitized: All products are professionally cleaned before shipment.

We provide authentic photos to represent the actual condition. Please refer to the product page images as the primary reference.

2.Warranty

For your peace of mind, all pre-owned products come with a 90-Day Limited Hardware Warranty from the shipment date.
  • What’s Covered: Hardware malfunctions under normal use.
  • What’s Not Covered:
a.Cosmetic wear, scratches, or discoloration.
b.Damage from accidents, misuse, liquid contact, or unauthorized modifications.
c.Natural wear of included accessories.
d.Software or driver-related issues.

3. Returns & Refunds

To ensure efficient operations and fair pricing, we have a conditional return policy for pre-owned items.
  • Eligibility: We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery for verified performance failures or significant discrepancies from the description. Returns for non-functional reasons are not accepted.
  • Return Process

    b.Receive Address: Once approved, you will receive a designated return address.
    c.Ship Item: Please securely package all original components and ship them to the provided address.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Items may ship in simple or generic packaging instead of original retail boxes. All items are securely packed before shipment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Destination: We currently ship only to addresses within the Contiguous United States.
