SHIPPING TIME
All Orders are processed within 1-2 busniess days(excluding weekends and holidays)after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All our shipping will be a door-to-door service with local UPS or FedEx or DHL delivery company.
And we are providing free shipping. If you are concerned with shipping, please also check free shipping area below. For certain places, we might not deliver or need extra shipping.

USA: 3-7 business days to deliver after package passed your country Customs.
For most countries in Europe: 5-8 business days after tracking showed up. (Include Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, United Kingdom, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Finland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia)
Canada: 5-8 business days to deliver after package passed your country Customs.
Australia: 5-6 business days to deliver after package passed your country Customs.

KWUMSY delivers all products ordered at the right time without delay. Deliveries are made via shipping, and DHL services are also available. Shipping lasts between 7 to 20 working days, depending on the location. We offer global delivery services, and all deliveries are FREE.

The price doesn't include any tariffs incurred on entering the destination country. Please note that tariffs vary from country to country, and any such fees need to be paid by you.

This means that the delivery times of some products and orders may be longer than usual. To minimize the potential implications also KWUMSY will monitor the situation and its effect on delivery times and keep you posted in case delivery delays arise! C) There is no charge for changing the address before delivery within 1 day, and an additional $20 will be charged for changing the address after delivery.
